Who We Are

20 years of coffee. One real reason for doing this.

I've been in coffee for over 20 years. In that time, I've learned that great coffee does something simple but powerful, it brings people together. There's a reason every great event, every meaningful conversation, every "let's catch up" starts with a coffee in hand.

Brew Times Coffee is what happens when that passion meets the freedom of doing it on my own terms. After two decades of making coffee for other people's businesses, I started this one because I love events, I love great coffee, and I wanted to bring both to people across Sydney, my way.

What started as just me in 2020 has grown into a small team who feel the same way about coffee and events as I do. Whether you've spotted us at a wedding, a festival, or a corporate event that's us.
